Join TOYOTI1's team as a Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese). TOYOTI1 is a leading international tire manufacturing company with a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Senior Cost Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing production costs and becoming the subject matter expert on CADIOS, with fluency in Japanese as an essential requirement.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Manage material transactions and investigate monthly variances.
• Collaborate with Japan to optimize production costs using CADIOS.
• Lead Fixed Asset inventory planning and direction.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and verify upon completion.
• Participate in budget planning by developing annual budgets for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10 years of related experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.

Key Qualifications

• 6+ years of Cost Accounting and Cost Management experience.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA.
• CPA certification.
