Responsibilities
- Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
- Work collaboratively with Japan to optimize production costs through CADIOS.
- Lead the Fixed Asset inventory management.
- Analyze ROI on new projects and ensure budget adherence.
- Drive the annual budget planning process for labor and other costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and management.
- Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Japanese is essential.
