Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly qualified Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join the TOYOTI1 team. TOYOTI1 is a leading international tire manufacturing company with a strong global presence. The role involves becoming the subject matter expert on CADIOS, managing production costs in collaboration with Japan, spearheading Fixed Asset inventory, and analyzing ROI on new projects. Fluency in Japanese is essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Become the expert on CADIOS and manage material transactions.
• Collaborate with Japanese counterparts to optimize production costs.
• Lead Fixed Asset inventory planning and analysis.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and validate post-implementation.
• Participate in annual budget planning for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and cost management.
• CPA certification is highly desired.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a plus.
• Fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
