Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

We are looking for a talented Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join our team at TOYOTI1. As part of our international tire manufacturing company with a rich history, you will play a vital role in managing and analyzing cost data to support our operations and growth. If you are a seasoned professional with expertise in cost accounting and fluent in Japanese, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS and work with Japan to optimize production costs.
• Plan and oversee Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on projects, participate in budget planning, and develop annual budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cost accounting and cost management.
• CPA certification highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must.
