Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join the team at TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company with a focus on innovation, quality, and service excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing cost analysis, material transactions, and production management through the CADIOS system, with a primary emphasis on collaboration with Japan. Fluency in Japanese is a requirement for this position.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert on CADIOS system.
• Analyze material transactions and investigate variances.
• Collaborate with Japan to optimize production costs through CADIOS.
• Oversee Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects.
• Participate in budget planning for labor and costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must.
