Job Description
Toyo Tires N.A., a leading international tire manufacturing company, is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As the subject matter expert on CADIOS, you will play a crucial role in managing production costs, investigating variances, and collaborating with our team in Japan.
Responsibilities
- Master CADIOS and investigate monthly variances.
- Collaborate with Japan to optimize CADIOS for cost management.
- Oversee Fixed Asset inventory and analyze ROI on new projects.
- Lead the budget planning process for labor and other costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 10 years of Cost Accounting and Cost Management experience.
- Fluency in Japanese is a must.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a plus.
