Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company with over 75 years of experience. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and play a key role in managing production costs at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan to optimize the use of CADIOS for cost management.
• Lead Fixed Asset inventory planning and direction.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and verify completion.
• Participate in the annual budget planning process for labor and costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10 years of relevant experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• Fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
• CPA certification is highly desirable.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a plus.
