Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Cost Analyst who is bilingual in Japanese to join our dynamic team at TOYOTI1. As a leading international tire manufacturing company with over 75 years of experience, we are seeking an individual to become the subject matter expert on CADIOS, investigate monthly variances, and manage production costs effectively with our team in Japan.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS and manage production costs.
• Interpret material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan to optimize CADIOS for cost management.
• Lead Fixed Asset inventory planning and direction.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and verify completion.
• Participate in budget planning for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
