Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual to join Toyo Tires N.A., a leading international tire manufacturing company with a global presence. In this role, you will be responsible for becoming the subject matter expert on CADIOS, managing production costs, and collaborating with the team in Japan. Fluency in Japanese is a must for this position.
Responsibilities
- Master CADIOS and investigate monthly variances.
- Collaborate with Japan to optimize CADIOS for cost management.
- Lead the Fixed Asset inventory process.
- Analyze ROI on new projects and assess completion.
- Contribute to budget planning for labor and other costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and management.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
