Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Cost Analyst who is bilingual (Japanese) to join TOYOTI1, a global tire manufacturing company. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert on CADIOS, manage production costs, and oversee fixed asset inventory. Additionally, you will collaborate with departments to analyze ROI on new projects and participate in budget planning processes.
Responsibilities
- Master CADIOS system and material transactions, investigating variances
- Utilize CADIOS effectively with the Japanese team for cost management
- Lead fixed asset inventory planning
- Analyze ROI on new projects and verify completed projects
- Participate in annual budget planning for labor and other costs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 10 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management
- CPA certification (preferred)
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA (advantageous)
- Fluency in Japanese
