We are looking for a Sales Lead to join Janie and Jack LLC. Our Sales Leads are customer-centric, providing tailored experiences and expert styling advice to our customers. As a Sales Lead, you will play a key role in driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model for the team in sales generation and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a visually appealing store through stocking, remerchandising, and pricing strategies.
• Inspire the team to achieve business goals and contribute new ideas for business growth.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail sales experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to support various business needs, including weekends and holidays.
