Overview
ITT Goulds Pumps is seeking a Rotating Equipment Repair Engineer to join our PRO Services shop in Colfax, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the shop by providing quotes, procuring drawings, and assisting with repair and upgrade work.
Responsibilities
- Handle quotations and pricing in collaboration with Sales and Facility General Manager.
- Produce drawings for parts manufacturing or repair.
- Provide customer support, recommend upgrades, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage subcontractors, monitor quality, and negotiate specifications.
- Contribute to safety, shipments, cost savings, and quality objectives.
- Support Customer needs with occasional after-hours response.
- Manage projects from inception to completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in repair or service of pumps and rotating equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Creo is a plus.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds.
