Reliability Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Toyo Tire North America Manufacturing, Inc. (TNA), the sole tire manufacturing plant in North America for Toyo Tire Corporation, is seeking experienced Reliability Maintenance Technicians to join their team in White, Georgia. As a Reliability Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for executing preventive maintenance and servicing advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery.
• Maintain and repair robotic-driven equipment with PLCs.
• Demonstrate expertise in PLCs, servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical maintenance.
• Willingness to work day or night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent technical education.
• Minimum of five years of mechanical/electrical experience in an industrial environment.
• Exceptional mechanical abilities and a high level of safety orientation.
• Ability to lift objects up to 80 pounds.
