We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing facility in Santa Fe, NM. As part of our team, you will be responsible for admitting and transferring patients, conducting systematic assessments, documenting accurately, and providing quality patient care. Additionally, you will act as a patient advocate, ensuring excellent customer service and support for patients and families.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility.
- Active RN license in the state of FL.
- CPR/BLS certification, Physical, and TB/PPD tests.
- Verifiable work history and professional references.
