Job Description

We are ROC Implementation and Management Inc. (ROCIMG), a consulting firm that serves federal government and commercial clients with a focus on strategy, transformation, program management, technology, and cybersecurity. We are seeking a talented Associate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment with multiple Technology Project/Program Management, Strategic Planning, Cybersecurity, and Management Consulting opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on pipeline development and fostering relationships with key accounts.
  • Participate in a thorough onboarding program to learn about ROCIMG's services, customers, sales process, and industry.
  • Develop robust sales skills and techniques to add value for clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve lead generation goals.
  • Utilize cold-calling, email campaigns, and outbound strategies to engage prospects.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to refine strategies and achieve targets.
  • Meet or exceed goals for meetings, pipeline, and activities.
  • Engage prospects with personalized communications and marketing content.
  • Accurately record all activities and communications in the CRM system.
  • Identify prospects and personalize outreach for maximum impact.
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to grow business relationships.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound campaigns such as cold calling and emails.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Knowledge of sales methodology.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
