Job Description

Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) is seeking compassionate and highly motivated Registered Nurses to join our dialysis team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide prescribed medical treatment, including dialysis care, to our clients. We are dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and encourage physician input while maintaining efficient business operations.

Responsibilities and Physical Demands

• Provide prescribed medical treatment and dialysis care to patients.
• Deliver professional nursing care to dialysis patients.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Direct and supervise other team members.
• Collaborate with physicians and other team members to achieve the highest standards of care.
• Ensure a secure and safe patient environment by following safety policies and procedures.
• This position requires frequent and prolonged periods of standing and bending.

Education Requirements and Position Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to fill in when needed.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
• Employee must successfully pass the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
