Nurse Practitioner - Float FT at 3 Days per week

Job Description

OnPoint Medical Group is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our float team, working 3 days a week at our internal, family, and pediatric clinics. As part of our physician-led network, the Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care and fulfill administrative duties in accordance with the Colorado Medical Practice Act. Our 'Circle of Care' ensures comprehensive access to medical services from one unified physician group, ensuring the health and wellness of members and their families.

Responsibilities

• Practice sound medical judgment and adhere to ethical considerations of medicine.
• Monitor and mentor staff technicians for continual performance improvements.
• Meet clinical obligations of the Health Center's medical practice.
• Follow internal policies and procedures and advise administration of any issues that may impact the practice.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse practitioner studies and licensed through the State of Colorado.
• Board certification for specialty.
• Strong computer skills required, with EMR experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support card.
