Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse -- LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a Regional Float LPN, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly across multiple affiliated skilled nursing centers within a specified geographic area. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality nursing care, participating in assessments and care planning, providing direct patient care, and supervising unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current State Board of Nursing license.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Proficiency in English language for effective communication.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
