Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Radiology Technologist to join Corewell Health on a full-time basis for afternoon shifts. In this role, you will perform diagnostic exams in various radiology areas, ensuring accuracy, patient safety, and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will possess good clinical skills, maintain a patient-centered approach, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic exams following protocols and safety measures.
- Acquire patient history, monitor patient safety during procedures, and provide care accordingly.
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment proficiently and ensure equipment cleanliness and functionality.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an Accredited Radiography program and registered with ARRT.
- Basic Life Support Certification required.
- Demonstrated ability to perform essential job duties satisfactorily.
