Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. As a key member of the maintenance and reliability program, you will be responsible for utilizing advanced equipment and technology to predict and prevent machine failures, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze machine data to identify potential failures and take proactive measures to minimize downtime.
• Use infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for daily data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule timely repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Detect and address equipment issues promptly to prevent catastrophic failures.
• Recommend equipment upgrades, replacements, and repairs as necessary.
• Participate in reliability and maintenance meetings to share insights and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on predictive maintenance technology through relevant training programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or at least 5 years of experience in reliability technology in a manufacturing setting.
• Prior military experience will be considered.
• Proficiency in root cause failure analysis and independent and collaborative work abilities.
