Job Description
We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will utilize cutting-edge reliability equipment to analyze machine data, predict failures, and prevent downtime efficiently. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data using infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology, submitting work orders, detecting leaks, and ensuring equipment maintenance. The role involves attending maintenance meetings, suggesting equipment upgrades, and adhering to safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of experience in reliability technology.
- Military experience considered.
- PDM certifications preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Expertise in root cause failure analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
