Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and predict potential machine failures, minimizing downtime, and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to predict impending machine failures.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data collection.
• Work with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned maintenance.
• Detect leaks and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Provide support to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Stay current with predictive maintenance technology through training.
• Adhere to safety procedures and recommend equipment upgrades and repairs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with root cause failure analysis and reliability technology.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
