Job Description:

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will utilize reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures, predict pending issues, and conduct maintenance tasks to ensure operational efficiency. By collecting and analyzing data daily, you will play a pivotal role in minimizing downtime and optimizing machine performance.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and detect potential machine failure using reliability equipment.
• Review and analyze data to predict pending failures.
• Use infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data collection.
• Submit work orders and collaborate on scheduled repairs during planned downtime.
• Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Provide support to minimize unplanned downtime and attend maintenance meetings.
• Recommend equipment upgrades, replacements, and repairs.
• Comply with safety procedures and perform all assigned reliability tasks.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Military experience is considered.
• PDM certifications are a plus.
• Understanding of root cause failure analysis process.
• Ability to work independently and in a group environment.
