We are looking for a skilled Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1. As part of our team, you will analyze and predict potential machine failures, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Utilize reliability equipment to detect and analyze machine failures proactively.
• Analyze data to predict impending failures and take preventive actions.
• Use advanced technologies like infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic tools for data collection.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned maintenance downtime.
• Identify and address air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Recommend maintenance actions to avoid catastrophic failures and extend equipment life.
• Provide support to minimize unplanned downtime and attend maintenance meetings as necessary.
• Stay current with predictive maintenance technology through job-related training.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with root cause failure analysis and willingness to obtain Pdm certifications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
