Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and predict potential machine failures, minimizing downtime effectively. You will work closely with maintenance planners, collect data using various technologies, and proactively identify maintenance needs to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data to predict pending failures and initiate timely repairs.
• Detect leaks and perform oil sample analysis for preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Attend meetings to contribute to the improvement of the reliability program.
• Provide support for equipment upgrades and replacements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in reliability technology in a manufacturing environment.
• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field.
• Familiarity with root cause failure analysis and Pdm certifications preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
