We are seeking a skilled Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 as a full-time team member. As the Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for utilizing cutting-edge reliability equipment to analyze, predict, and prevent machine failures, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures to minimize downtime effectively.
• Predict pending failure by reviewing and analyzing gathered data.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for daily data collection.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule and perform repairs during planned maintenance downtime.
• Detect and address air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or a minimum of 5 years' experience with reliability technology in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in root cause failure analysis process.
• Willingness to obtain Pdm related certifications within a reasonable time.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
