Job Description
Join our team as a Physical Therapist in our outpatient facility, where you'll have the opportunity to use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients recover across diverse specialties such as orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to empower patients to exceed their functional outcomes.
- Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs.
- Build and maintain positive connections with patients, colleagues, and the community.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
- State Licensure.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 / year
