Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires day and night shifts with varied hours, including weekend commitments. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide patient care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care delivery and maintain a safe patient environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care (preferred).
- BLS required.
- ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Completion of orientation as per policy/procedures.
