Working with warm leads, you will act as a consultant to help clients find insurance plans tailored to their needs. While experience in life insurance is beneficial, we provide comprehensive training to ensure success in the role. Our access to over 50 top carriers allows us to offer competitive premiums and cater to clients with diverse needs.
Initial Compensation
This position offers uncapped earning potential through commission-based compensation. Full-time agents typically earn $250k+ annually in the first year. Opportunities for rapid income growth are available through recruiting, hiring, and mentoring new agents. Performance-based raises and bonuses further enhance earning potential.
