Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Medication Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Medication Tech, you will administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner, ensuring the highest quality care for our residents. You will play a crucial role in promoting the well-being and quality of life for seniors according to federal, state, and local regulations as well as Sunrise Senior Living policies.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments with the highest degree of care.
• Document medication administration accurately and communicate resident care concerns.
• Promote resident independence and dignity while ensuring safety and wellness.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and engagement programs.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and contribute to risk management efforts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED and relevant certifications (CPR and First Aid).
• Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
