Job Description
GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of apartment homes and property areas. This position offers a $1,500 retention bonus and significant earning potential through commissions.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance on residential apartment homes, building exteriors, interiors, and public areas.
- Conduct repairs in areas such as small appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Respond to emergency calls according to company policies.
- Complete other duties as outlined in the job description.
Skills Required
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in multifamily facilities/apartment maintenance.
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- EPA certification required.
- Strong safety skills and ability to lift over 50lbs.
- Availability for weekend work and travel within the region.
