Maintenance Technician Apprentice

Job Description

TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company, is seeking Apprentice Maintenance Technicians to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. The chosen candidates will be responsible for basic preventive maintenance on advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Work on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct oil lubrication and filter changes.
• Handle programmable logic controllers (PLCs) such as Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley.
• Experience with AC & DC servo drives.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Associate's degree.
• Minimum of two years of mechanical experience.
• Strong knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with PLCs and servo drives.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
• High safety awareness and problem-solving skills.
