Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Toyo Tires North America Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs). The ideal candidate should have at least five years of mechanical/electrical experience and expertise in areas such as PLCs, servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and VFDs.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on production machinery.
• Work with PLCs, servo drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Available for night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent from a technical school.
• Minimum five years of mechanical/electrical experience.
• Expertise in PLCs, servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and VFDs.
• Ability to lift objects up to 80 pounds.
