Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Toyo Tires NA is seeking experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in White, Georgia. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with PLCs. The role requires working night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Five or more years of mechanical/electrical experience.
• Expertise in Programmable Logic Controllers (Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley), AC & DC Servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical system troubleshooting and maintenance.

Physical Requirements

Occasional lifting of objects up to 80 pounds.

Experience

• 4 years of experience in advanced maintenance of industrial equipment.

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associates or better in Manufacturing Technology or related field.
