Job Description
Toyo Tires North America is seeking experienced and dedicated Maintenance Technicians to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in White, Georgia. As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and maintaining advanced production machinery equipped with robotic-driven equipment and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, focusing on PLCs, servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical systems.
- Adhere to a night shift schedule, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate good problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a strong focus on safety.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent technical education.
- Minimum of five years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience.
- Expertise in PLCs (Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley), servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical systems.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 80 pounds.
