Job Description
Are you a skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Technician looking to join a fantastic team at GoldOller Real Estate Investments? As part of our team, you will be responsible for maintenance operations related to apartment home upkeep and turns. This position offers a $1,500 retention bonus and the potential to earn over $2K per year in commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance of residential apartment homes, building exteriors, interiors, and public areas.
- Conduct small appliance, plumbing, electrical repairs, and other maintenance tasks.
- Respond to emergency calls according to company policy.
Skills Required
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Effective communication, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of multifamily facilities/apartment maintenance experience.
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- EPA certification and exceptional safety skills.
- Ability to work weekends and travel within the region.
- Physically capable of lifting and performing manual tasks.
- Knowledge of equipment functions, appliances, and ladders.
