Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts to join the Pheasant Wood team. As an LPN, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
