Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pheasant Wood. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
