Job Description
Genesis Health is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Easton Nursing and Rehab. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care to patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if in an assisted living facility.

- $28.00 - $31.00 / hour salary.
