Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, record observations, and report condition changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure with the State Board of Nursing.
• Hold current BLS/CPR certification.
