Job Description
Genesis Health is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients and residents, building strong relationships, and contributing to positive outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes.
- Conduct patient evaluations and report changes in condition.
- Participate in care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
