Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient and effective nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
