Job Description - Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) 6p-6a

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at Charter Senior Living of Paducah. In this role, you will be responsible for safely administering medications and treatments to our residents in a professional and caring manner during the NOC shift from 6p to 6a.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document resident information accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and employee information.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team for resident care.
• Assist with medication management and orders.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the appropriate state.
• Previous experience with the elderly preferred.
• Proficiency in English and CPR certification.
• Passing a background check is required.
