We are looking for a Seasonal Stocker to join the Aldi team. As a store employee at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to providing quality products at the best prices and ensuring customers have a pleasant shopping experience. You will be responsible for various tasks, including unloading and stocking inventory, organizing products, and maintaining a well-presented store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Unload and stock inventory
• Organize new inventory
• Operate machinery safely
• Collaborate with team members
• Maintain confidentiality of data

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to operate powered equipment
• Detail-oriented and follows instructions
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills

Physical Demands

• Standing, bending, lifting, and carrying products
• Stocking shelves with products up to 45 pounds
