Generator Field Service Technician Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Performing maintenance and repairs on standby generator systems.
- Troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, and load-bank testing on generators.
- Preparing quotes for repairs and completing work orders.
- Prior experience with residential or industrial generators.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Availability for on-call shifts and safety awareness.
- Own tools such as multi-meter and hand-tools.
- OSHA 10 certification and valid DOT card/driver's license.
