Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join Aldi as a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to prepare you for managing your own store effectively. Responsibilities include supervising daily store operations, ensuring customer service excellence, managing schedules, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.

• Ability to interpret company policies and drive team performance.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years retail experience.
• Prior management experience a plus.
