Job Description

Are you ready to join the team at ALDI as a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member? Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our growing customer base. As a part-time team member, you will work under 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas.

Salary

Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and collaborate with the management team.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Adhere to ergonomic and safety guidelines.
• Perform additional assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout varying temperatures.
