Job Description:
As a Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's operations. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Position Details:
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with the team and management.
- Provide feedback on products and assist in inventory management.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Perform store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of following company policies, communicating effectively, and working both independently and in a team.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a plus.
