Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. You will collaborate with the team, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) standards.
- Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and neatly stock shelves.
- Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
- Ensure security and confidentiality of documents and data.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
