As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, implementing action plans to enhance performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members for optimal results.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, proper signage, and stock levels.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, escalating issues when needed.

Qualifications
